The project moved through strip-out and preparation, wet-area waterproofing, and the final bathroom fit-out. The shower area received the required waterproofing coverage, with additional coverage around the vanity and toilet.

Everyone goes home the way they arrived. That's the one KPI on our sites we never negotiate.

Toolbox talk every morning. Clear as we go, not at the end of the week. And if anything looks unsafe, anyone on site can call a stop โ€” from the newest apprentice to the project manager, no permission needed.

None of it's clever. It's just done, every day. Proud of this crew.
