A question we get over and over is: “How long does it take to build a building?”

We like to say: "Building a pool takes time due to site- and design-specific factors. Like a house, plans and engineering must be approved before work begins—up to 4 weeks for a simple CDC, or several months for a DA. The build has a minimum 14-week timeline, including 3 weeks for concrete curing, and may be affected by weather.”
