Getting your plans approved can feel overwhelming. That’s where we step in.

At FJA Designs, we manage the entire approval process from start to finish — ensuring your project complies with all State and Local planning controls while removing the stress from your side.

Our process includes:

• Preparing approval-ready plans aligned with Council, CDC, and NCC requirements
• Coordinating with consultants (BASIX, NatHERS, Engineering, Town Planning, etc.)
• Managing lodgement through the Planning Portal or Certifier
• Liaising with Council or the Certifier during assessment
• Responding to RFIs and ensuring a smooth path to approval

We understand the planning system, the controls, and how to navigate them efficiently — helping you avoid delays and move toward construction sooner.
