I thought some of you might be interested to see what I've been up to since leaving the UK so here are some photos. Working for a bigger gardening company has given me the chance to work on some awesome high end properties around Sydney.

So far it's been a great opportunity to learn a few new techniques and styles of garden maintenance. It's also been a chance to get to grips with some new plants and how the ones I know already behave in a warmer climate.

Starting to get colder here now so looking to persue opportunities further north soon :)

Glad I serviced my strimmer before I took these on, had some fairly tingly shins after because I was wearing shorts 😄

Been hedge trimming, pruning, taking up slabs, digging holes, sanding and painting so far this week.

Oh and a fair bit of mowing too, the honda was well worth the money 🙂

Some of the beech hedging I put in at last year seems to be coming along rather well. Planted well after the end of the season for bare root plants with the help of added mycorrhizal fungi 👍
