This is the highest individual award within our region and recognises a franchisee who consistently sets the benchmark for professionalism, leadership and commitment to the Jim’s Pool Care brand.

James has built an outstanding business of his own, but what makes this award particularly well deserved is what he gives back to the people around him.

Whether it’s mentoring, training, sharing his knowledge, troubleshooting an equipment problem or simply being there when another franchisee needs some advice, James is always willing to help.

And that contribution certainly hasn’t gone unnoticed by his fellow franchisees:
