This Men's Health Week (15–21 June), we're reminded of something we believe in every day at Alliance SI: looking after yourself means you're better equipped to look after your crew.
Health isn't just physical it's mental, emotional and social too. And this month, we're putting that into action by running a number of initiatives to support our people, including:
- The 15-Minute Exercise Challenge: from 22 June our teams are teaming up, getting moving, and competing to stay active over six weeks. Just 15 minutes a day, any exercise they like.
- TELUS Health Men's Health Webinar: we're hosting a session dedicated to the physical and mental health challenges unique to men, with advice on building healthier habits and taking proactive steps toward wellbeing.
Behind all of it is a culture we work hard to build every day. One where it's okay to check in on a mate, speak up when something's not right, and ask for help when you need it.
