We're so proud of Matt and everything he's achieved since joining the Alliance SI team.

Matt’s growth is a reflection of his hard work, dedication, and the trust he's earned along the way.

“I’m really grateful for the opportunities Alliance SI has given me to grow and progress. I started as a fourth-year apprentice four years ago and have since worked my way up to Project Manager, with plenty of support and trust along the way.”

- Matt Cornell, Project Manager

Great projects rely on more than technical expertise.

They rely on partners who communicate openly, adapt when challenges arise and work together to keep projects moving.

Mark Callaghan from 4 Shore Projects Pty Ltd shares his perspective on working together.

Safety isn't measured by the absence of incidents alone. It's reflected in the discipline, consistency and respect teams bring to site every day.

Feedback like this reminds us that how a project is delivered is just as important as what is delivered.

“We are always impressed with the way Alliance SI conducts itself on site. We have been on site for over 12 months now with no safety events or incidents have taken place. It's a credit to the team out there in a complex working environment.”

- Project Manager, Global Building Materials Organisation

We’re proud to share that Alliance SI has been named a finalist for the Work Health & Safety - Excellence in Action award at the 2026 NECA Victoria Excellence Awards.

Safety is not a checkbox at Alliance SI. It is built into how we plan, brief, mobilise and deliver on every site, every day.

This recognition is backed by practical action, including our moulded hearing protection initiative to protect our technicians who are regularly exposed to hazardous noise on site. It’s a clear example of how we identify risks early, invest in better controls and support our teams to work safely in complex environments.

For our customers, that means safer delivery, stronger risk control and greater confidence that critical work is being delivered with discipline and care.

Congratulations to everyone at Alliance SI who makes safety the default, not the afterthought.

Across Australia, underground infrastructure plays a critical role in keeping telecommunications networks connected.

Over time as networks age and change, asset records do not always reflect what is actually in the ground. That gap, can make it harder to identify risks, prioritise maintenance and prevent unplanned network issues.

You may not realise it, but this impacts us all. From network outages to construction safety on our streets, to restoration during storms or floods.

That's where AllianceSI comes in. Since 2021, we have delivered a National Underground Network Infrastructure Audit Program for a leading telecommunications provider, completing 813 audits across ACT, NSW, VIC, and WA.

Our specialist field team works across dispersed locations and complex environments to assess assets, capture geospatial data and photographic records before categorising issues as high risk or general. This gives the client accurate, up-to-date information to prioritise repairs and plan maintenance with greater confidence.

It is largely invisible and unglamorous work, but it provides an essential link between recorded asset information and real-world network conditions.

That is what makes these programs so important. They help protect the safety, integrity and long-term reliability of the infrastructure that keeps Australia connected.

There are plenty of places to work as an electrical or telecommunications technician.

The difference is whether your technical judgement is trusted, and whether it shapes the outcome.

At Alliance SI, our people deliver in some of Australia’s most demanding environments: data centres, government, healthcare and defence. Expectations are high, and the work is complex and quality-led.

That’s why we back our people to take ownership, raise risks early, and help solve problems, not just execute a scope.

Hyperscaler builds require dependable delivery across fast-moving programs, controlled site environments and carefully sequenced works.

In these environments, dependable performance is built through consistent delivery, day after day.

This year, one of our global hyperscaler partners put that to the test across every stage of the program and their APAC Procurement Cabling Manager summed up what that looked like in practice.

This feedback is a reflection of a full year of consistency showing up, on time or early, with quality that holds up under scrutiny, on some of the most complex sites in the industry.

It's the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, for every partner.

For multi-site workspace operators, the move-in ready experience depends on more than what members see on day one.

It depends on a network that performs consistently across every location.

That means clear standards, fast response for additions and changes, and preventative maintenance that helps reduce downtime before it affects members.

Alliance SI supports customers across Australia with dependable delivery, clear communication and repeatable processes that provide confidence at every site.

Because when the network is reliable, the member experience feels seamless.
