👋 Say hello to Adam, our new Senior Estimator here at Total Access Solutions.

🏥 Born and raised in Sydney, Adam has spent nearly 20 years in the scaffolding industry, building his career from the ground up.

📏 Starting as a yard labourer during school holidays, he progressed through roles including scaffolder, estimator, site supervisor and senior designer, giving him a strong understanding of both site operations and project planning.

💼 With extensive experience in complex scaffold design and a wide range of commercial and industrial projects, Adam brings a practical approach, strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering solutions that work both on paper and on site.

🗃️Now working as a Senior Estimator, Adam draws on his broad industry knowledge to help clients deliver scaffold projects safely and efficiently. His experience, professionalism and understanding of the industry make him a valuable part of the team.

With multiple stages still to come, careful planning and ex*****on are essential to ensure the project stays on schedule and the right materials are available when needed.
