There are moments in every creative endeavour where you feel exulted

This happens when you feel that what you are working on will be able to provide moments of pleasure and hopefully inspiration for others also

We had one such moment today with a residence we have had the privilege to design and are now seeing through to completion

Golf House Apartments Surry Hills : 7 years on and still looking good

The task of the residential apartment Architect is to create a place that feel like Home, in a building that imbues the positive spirit and character of the area, while also providing moments of pleasure and inspiration. Seven years on since completion and it is still providing a positive presence in the area and is still looking good.

Living close to nature while also living in our busy and at times highly stressful world has never been so beneficial
and so necessary for our health and wellbeing and to enable us to be at our best physically, emotionally,
mentally and spiritually.

This is one of our latest projects which has recently been approved by the Department of Planning utilising
their HDA Pathway. Consisting of 120 apartments with Health Club and range of communal lifestyle areas
and close to walks through the bush, this has much to offer for both the occupier and rental markets.
Designed for the Conquest Group, all of this is within easy walking and cycling distance of the Parramatta CBD.

We are very pleased that the luxury hotel and residential apartment project we have designed for Conquest has just been approved through the Department of Planning’s SSDA Pathway.
This is another example of how PTI works to integrate multiple uses, which have a high level of synergy between them to support and assist each other operationally and commercially.
This is especially the case with our work over many years designing projects that integrate hotels, high quality residential apartments, conference & meeting facilities, restaurants and bars, and health and wellness centres.

We are very happy to report that the Planning Proposal we have designed for at 90 to 96 Phillip Street Parramatta has this week been formally approved and legislated.

This is to be a mixed-use development located on the river front adjacent to Parramatta’s Ferry Wharf, and is another significant building in the Parramatta CBD that we have had the privilege to assist our Clients to design.

The design works to provide the facilities and accommodation of our Client’s vision as well as to capture and enhance the shimmering patterns of the river in a highly modulated building form.

This being to add to the magic, calming and pleasurable feeling of being in this highly picturesque part of the river.
