We're Hiring:

FENCER / FENCE INSTALLER - SUNSHINE COAST & MORETON BAY

CoasTrade is looking to hire a Fencer to join our crew for residential and commercial projects between Coolum and Narangba.

Full-time hours, starting on a casual arrangement, with the right fit offered an ongoing full-time permanent position. Competitive pay rate above award to be discussed upon application.

About Us:
We're a family-focused business looking to add another member to our crew with similar family values, an eye for detail and a passion for working outdoors - someone after an opportunity to grow with a company that cares about the quality of work we output as much as the quality of life of our people.

The work:
Colorbond and timber paling boundary fences, aluminium, tubular and security fencing, concrete and timber retaining walls including stepped runs on slopes, and automated gates. Setting out, stepping, raking, levels and falls, digging, boring, concreting and everything else in between. There's a path to managing or running your own crew as we keep expanding.

What we're after:
Experience in landscaping or fencing is desirable but not a set requirement. Fast learner with an eye for detail, fit enough for physical outdoor work in this climate, confident with power tools and machinery, and a current driver's licence and Construction White Card. You'll need to be able to set string lines and hold plumb and level over a long run - and ask the question before proceeding if you're not sure.

This is a long-term ongoing position, so you'll need unrestricted work rights in Australia - Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident. We aren't in a position to offer visa sponsorship.

🥵🔥 Hardwood & Colorbond project completed ✔️ our clients value street appeal and you can’t go wrong with this combo!

Also a quick note for all of those thinking hardwood is the way to go because it looks this good. This is what hardwood looks like when it is meticulously sanded and stained. Hardwood requires ongoing upkeep for it to maintain this kind of finish but doesn’t it look great. Just an FYI for all our hardwood lovers ❤️

Fencing Labourer/Crew Leader Wanted - Beerwah / Sunshine Coast - Immediate Start

We're looking for someone with Fencing experience to join our company on jobs around the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Regions. 30+ hours a week for the right person (potential for full time opportunity).

You will be working on Colorbond & timber fencing, aluminium slat screening, gates and retaining walls, potential for some trade assistance work for Carpentry crew as well here and there.

What we're looking for:

- Fencing / Carpentry Experience
- Physically fit & keen on working outdoors
- Confident with power tools or fast learner
- Current manual driver's licence
- Someone looking for long term opportunity
- Your own vehicle (you need to get yourself to our Beerwah yard each morning to start the day)
- Reliable - show up when you say you will
- Can take direction & also think for yourself
