Another Coolum Pool Underway 🏊‍♂️🌴

Coolum is proving to be a popular spot for pools, and here’s another one underway!

This one is an out-of-ground pool, with the block needing to be filled to meet the new flood requirements.

Building on flood-affected sites can bring a few extra challenges, but with the right planning, engineering and construction, we can make it work. 💪

Another exciting project underway in Cooloolabin!

This one is a beauty—a huge 15m x 4.2m concrete pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m right through to 2.1m. It’s going to be an incredible space for everything from relaxing with the family to serious swimming.

Jobs like these take a lot more than digging a hole. From the excavation and steel reinforcement through to the concrete shell and final finishes, every stage is completed with precision to ensure a pool that’s built to last.

We can’t wait to share the progress as this one comes to life. Stay tuned for more updates from Cooloolabin!

Out with the old and in with the new — demolition of this fibreglass pool is underway. Not the prettiest part of the job, but it’s where the transformation begins.
