Most people think renovating a unit is just about choosing finishes.

In reality, that’s the easy part.

Before a single cabinet is installed, there’s body corporate approvals, access planning, protecting common areas, coordinating deliveries, scheduling trades around shared spaces and making sure every stage runs smoothly.

By the time these photos are taken, hundreds of decisions have already been made behind the scenes.

Would you use the same tile on every surface in your bathroom?

For this Pelican Waters ensuite, the answer was yes.

The same tile was carried across the floors, walls and shower to create a seamless, calming space that feels larger, cleaner and more luxurious.

But achieving a simple result is rarely simple.

Behind every bathroom renovation is weeks of planning, coordination and attention to detail. From waterproofing and cabinetry through to tiling, plumbing and final finishes, every trade needs to arrive at the right time and deliver to the same standard.
