WE’RE HIRING – CARPENTRY APPRENTICE
We’re on the lookout for a keen apprentice carpenter to join the team at Arbco Constructions on the Sunshine Coast.
We’re based in Coolum and work right across the Coast. The work we do is pretty varied — one week you might be on a council job, the next you could be building a deck, doing a reno, or working on a new home. It’s a good mix, so you’re not stuck doing the same thing every day and you’ll pick up a solid range of skills.
Our current apprentice is also closing in on completion of their apprenticeship, so this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you’ll be supported and guided as you grow into the position.
What you’ll get:
• Real, hands-on experience from day one
• Guidance from experienced carpenters who actually take the time to teach you
• Exposure to different types of builds and sites
• A team that backs good work and a good attitude
• Room to grow if you’re keen to stick with it
We’re after someone who:
• Is keen to learn and gives things a go
• Turns up on time and works hard
• Doesn’t mind getting stuck in and working outdoors
• Has a licence or is working towards one
• Has a White Card or is happy to get one sorted
If you’re starting your apprenticeship or looking for a change, we’re happy to have a chat.
