Most "tiny homes" are caravans or flat-packs dressed up in nice photos. The Forge 12 isn't. It's a genuine NCC Class 1A home — the same classification as the house next door — clad in Shou Sugi Ban charred timber, on a steel frame, with 3-metre ceilings and a full kitchen and bathroom.
Council-approvable. Insurable. A real home you can live in, rent out, or put on your block as a granny flat.
