Our Hendra project is starting to take shape.
Key milestones achieved so far:
✅ Design coordination completed
✅ Development Approval (DA) town planning phase completed
✅ Building approval phase completed
✅ Demolition works and relocation of the existing stair completed
✅ New carport structure completed
✅ Footings now underway for the new rendered block fence
It's great to see the project progressing well. Once complete, these improvements will significantly enhance the practicality and usability of this pre-1940s Queenslander while preserving the character and charm that make these homes so special.
