There’s something particularly rewarding about seeing a project move beyond completion and become part of people’s everyday lives.

Now home to its residents, Como, Toorak is a testament to exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design and the power of collaboration. Delivered alongside Prime Edition, Stephen Jolson and renowned landscape designer Paul Bangay OAM, the project reflects a shared commitment to quality at every level.

These latest images showcase not only the scale and generosity of the apartments, but also the remarkable attention to detail evident throughout the development. From the carefully executed brickwork to the seamless integration of architecture and landscape, every element has been considered and crafted with intent.

The greatest reward is seeing residents enjoying the spaces and the community that has been created. Proud of everyone involved in bringing this exceptional address to life.

Great to see Maks Nosiara, one of Henny’s Graduate Project Coordinators, representing our business at Procore Technologies’s AI Foundations Session in Melbourne last week.

As one of the first Australian Procore customers to trial Procore AI (DataGrid), Henny has implemented five integrated AI agents across three live projects, exploring practical applications that support project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.

Maks shared some of our strongest use cases to date and how AI is already improving efficiency, consistency, and project outcomes across our teams.
