Behind every smooth install there is a lot of planning, preparation and a team that knows exactly what they’re doing.

Big shoutout to Great Lakes Windows for lifting this 650kg, 5m wide custom insulated glass unit into place at our Salamander Bay waterfront project without a hitch.

Units this size are made to measure, lifted with specialist gear and fitted with limited tolerance. There’s no second chance, so teamwork and planning are everything.

That’s what precision looks like.

Our Double Shot project is nearly at the finish line.

The kitchen is going in, lighting, and the concept we’ve been working toward finally starting to show up in the space. It’s where a construction site starts feeling like a home.

A bit of a misty start at our Windsong Project in Boat Harbour.

The concrete is poured for our ground floor suspended slab, setting us up for the next stage of framing as we work towards the final level.
