Some blocks are challenging. Some locations are extraordinary. Dowsett is both 🌿🌊

Building here meant working with the landscape, navigating a steep and unusual site, and planning every stage carefully. But with the rainforest behind us and the Great Barrier Reef on the doorstep, the setting made every challenge worth it.

A build like this takes more than a good plan. It takes experience, problem solving and a team who know how to make it work.

The result?

A home shaped by its surroundings, in a part of Far North Queensland that’s hard to replicate.

A home with a few surprises up its sleeve.

Ribbon plays with levels, space and connection to create a home that feels anything but ordinary.

At its heart, the kitchen and living areas become the central gathering place, with huge stacker doors opening everything up to the patio, pool and outdoor entertaining spaces.

The grand island bench keeps the kitchen connected to it all, while the master suite is tucked privately at the rear with an enormous walk-in robe and ensuite.

It’s clever zoning without losing connection. Privacy without closing spaces off. And indoor-outdoor living designed specifically for the North Queensland lifestyle.

Because when you’re building custom, your floorplan doesn’t have to follow the rules.

One of the most rewarding parts of building our clients homes is the relationships we form along the way.

Receiving a message like this well beyond handover means so much to us. And yes… we’ll hold you to that ch*****ne! 🥂💙
