Big day for Ian and myself getting this property ready for photos and sale.

Very wet day but we battled through and Customer was over the moon.

Can't believe I remembered b4 and after pictures.

1st visit since laying this lawn 4 weeks ago, happy and healthy.

New lawn laid 4 weeks ago touched base with customer yesterday to ask how it's progressing and she's over the moon, I will take updated photos when I go there Friday to possibly give it a slight haircut.

Coming into winter make sure you have no trees/bushes overhanging your roof and gutters especially pepper trees like this. Clogs gutters and downpipes bigtime so when we get heavy rain it spells disaster.

Fresh load of Forever Black wood chips to sharpen up customers front yard.

Not a big fan of palms because it clogs up my equipment, so full clean and service of chainsaw everytime I do Palms or Yakkas. But pretty bloody happy with end result, most importantly the customer was stocked.
