Thoughtful design that makes every millimeter count.

As part of our Lawnton renovation, the brief was to upgrade the toilet area while finding a clever way to divide the existing linen cupboard into two separate storage spaces.

Our solution made better use of the available footprint and increased functionality of the space to make:
- A larger toilet room that could accommodate a mini-vanity
- A wardrobe for the adjoining bedroom
- Relocated access to a new and improved linen cupboard

We also incorporated several accessibility features to support comfort, mobility and independence, including:

- Wider doorway opening
- Extra-height toilet
- Grab rail integrated with the toilet roll holder
- Improved layout with easier circulation space

The result is a bright, modern powder room with a more practical layout, complemented by valuable storage for both the hallway and adjoining bedroom.

This Lawnton bathroom renovation is a great example of where accessibility, functionality and beautiful design come together.

We worked with the Melbourne based owner to fully update this bathroom for her mother and make much better use of the space. Accessibility, safety and everyday practicality were key priorities together with a more modern look.

To achieve this, we included:
- A relocated entry doorway with a wide cavity-slider
- Level-entry shower access
- Easy to operate extended lever shower and sink mixers
- Integrated discrete grab rails into the shower set, shower shelf and towel rail
- Combined laundry and vanity cabinetry, including an under-bench washing machine layout, to expand bench top space, increase storage and create a seamless shared bathroom/laundry space
- Additional storage with a mirror cabinet and an unobtrusive wall shelf
- A pull-out laundry hamper to keep everyday mess hidden

The result is a bright, modern bathroom/laundry that feels more spacious, is easier to use and provides significantly more storage.

Most importantly, both the owner and her mother are extremely pleased with the transformation, and so are we!

This full kitchen renovation in Taigum completely transformed the heart of this unit while working within the existing footprint of the space.

We worked closely with the clients throughout the planning and renovation process to create a kitchen that feels cleaner, brighter and far more practical for everyday living.

Features of this renovation include:
- Complete kitchen demolition and rebuild
- New modern Kaboodle cabinetry and benchtops
- All new appliances (Bunnings)
- Installation of a Reflections Splashback
- Replacement of the original lino flooring with modern floor tiles
- Updated lighting, finishes and fixtures throughout
- Wall and ceiling repaint
- Custom built pantry shelving
- Coordination of other trades on behalf of the clients

For this project, we coordinated the kitchen design using Bunnings in-home design service, then took care of ordering, delivery, construction and installation works, helping streamline the renovation process from start to finish.

The end result is a fresh, modern kitchen that feels more spacious, functional and suited to contemporary living.

This bathroom renovation in Stafford Heights was a full strip-out and complete rebuild, while retaining the original layout of the room. By carefully selecting space-saving fixtures and incorporating smarter storage solutions, both the look and functionality of the space was dramatically improved without moving plumbing locations.

Features of this renovation include:
- Full bathroom demolition and reconstruction
- Space-saving diamond-shaped shower screen to improve flow and usable floor space
- Back-to-wall freestanding bath for a softer modern look with a more compact footprint
- Wall-hung timber vanity to create a lighter, more open feel
- Mirror cabinet for additional concealed storage
- Recessed niches to both the shower and bath area for practical storage
- Stunning feature wall tiles paired with terrazzo-look floor tiles
- New fixtures, fittings and finishes throughout

This Aspley kitchen renovation proves you don’t always need to change the layout to completely transform a space. By keeping the existing footprint and focusing on thoughtful upgrades, we were able to create a kitchen that feels significantly brighter, more modern and far more practical for everyday living.

Highlights of this renovation include:
- Complete replacement of all cabinetry and benchtops
- Replacement of the kitchen window to improve light and functionality
- Tiling of sink splashback, paired with a Reflections Splashback behind the cooktop
- Installation of all new appliances
- Minor wall modification works, re-sheeting ceiling, replacement of old cornice
- Gorgeous original timber floors uncovered beneath the old lino flooring (credit to the owners)

For this project, we coordinated the Bunnings Warehouse in-home kitchen design service for our clients, then managed the ordering, delivery, construction, installation and customisation works. We also coordinated other trades required throughout the project, on the clients’ behalf.

The result is a clean, timeless kitchen that feels fresh, functional and much more connected to the home’s original character.

From cramped, closed in and dated to open, functional and modern.

One of the biggest improvements in this Aspley bathroom renovation was a complete reworking of its layout. Instead of simply replacing finishes, we focused on making the room flow better, feel larger and function more effectively for everyday use.

What changed:
- Shifted the doorway slightly and installed a cavity slider to improve usable floor space
- Removed the enclosed corner shower and relocated it to the opposite end of the room, creating a brighter and more spacious shower area
- Relocated the vanity from an awkward corner under the window into a dedicated vanity niche near the entry
- Installed a modern, back-to-wall freestanding bath and added a recessed storage niche
- Replaced the original timber panel ceiling with gyprock while retaining the skylight
- Finished with bright, modern tiles, fixtures and fittings

The end result is a stunning new bathroom that feels significantly more spacious, balanced and functional, while still working within the footprint of the original room.
