An empty house in winter is exactly when small plumbing issues turn into big ones. There's nobody around to notice a drip until you're back, and cold temps put extra stress on your pipes the whole time you're gone.

Before you head off, take 5 minutes to:
✅ Know where your stopcock is
✅ Check under sinks and around your hot water system for existing drips
✅ Leave heating on low rather than switching it off completely
✅ Disconnect outdoor hoses
✅ Shut off the water supply entirely for longer trips

We are looking for the operational backbone of our office, a person who keeps things organised, ensures our team has what they need, and makes sure our customers are looked after from first contact through to job completion.
You'll work closely with our team to support scheduling, administration, customer communications and general business operations.

You will need:
Proven experience in office management, administration or operations coordination role
Strong organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with accounting or job management software and Microsoft Office
A proactive, problem solving mindset
A National Police check and Working With Children Check (mandatory for our line of work, please do not apply if you are unable to obtain these)

Desirable but not essential:
Experience in a trade, construction or service based business
Familiarity with scheduling field based staff
