Recent Project | A Beautiful New Space for Outdoor Living 🏡

This beautiful outdoor space was designed to feel like a natural extension of the home, creating a comfortable spot to relax, entertain and enjoy the surrounding garden.

The project features Climatek V roofing in Dune with Dover White, with the Dune finish carried through to the gutters, posts and beams for a cohesive look.

The structure sits 450mm off the ground on an aluminium subfloor, finished with ModWood decking for a durable, low-maintenance finish.

The result is a warm and inviting outdoor area that blends beautifully with its surroundings and gives the family more space to enjoy outdoor living. ✨

✨ Project Highlight | Port Pacific Resort – Port Macquarie

Port Pacific Resort approached Spanline Mid Coast to upgrade several shared guest amenities, with the goal of improving the overall customer experience at this popular holiday destination. ☀️

Across the first level of the resort, we delivered a series of premium patio solutions designed to enhance comfort, durability, and year-round usability.

For the Playground Area, we installed a Climatek V Patio Playground system in Slate Grey on Dover White, finished with Woodland Grey gutters and posts, creating a safe, shaded, and cohesive family-friendly space. 👏🏼

For the BBQ Area and Tennis Courts, we completed a Pro Span system in Shale Grey on Dover White, also paired with Woodland Grey gutters and posts, delivering durable, functional shelter that complements the resort’s coastal setting. 🎾

The final result is a unified upgrade across multiple high-use amenity areas - combining strength, practicality, and refined design for an improved guest experience. 🙌🏼
