What a couple of weeks we have had travelling around various locations within our lovely community ✅

- Kooyonga Ave with a massive shed pad constructed and ready for build.

- Queen st Shepperd Building Company underfloor plumbing and Foundations seen us produce some amazing trenches with clean and precision to ensure minimal waste when concrete gets poured ready for the next stage of their build.

- Volante st for our loyal customer James Stacy to get their electrical trench and apron sorted for their shed

- Banksia Cres back yard make over for a lovely couple to help their move from the Riverland even more special with twitch creating room for them to park their beloved caravan and trailers ✅

Delivering these essential services when required and on time and keep schedules on track and seeing the smile on our customers face is what it’s about and pride ourselves on😊

- First up installing a new retaining wall and then backfilled and ready for a new home for our customers Shepperd Building Company which will be taking shape in the near future 👀

- Second up From long grass, uneven ground, and wasted land… to a clean, modern, fully usable area built to last, with a Shed pad constructed and brand new driveway also ✅

We took Monday Sea Side to Little Douglas to remove these stumps for one of our Loyal Customers for their holiday get away 🤟🏽

Some lawn prep on Monday to bring this lovely home back to life & driveway repair Tuesday 😊

Much deserved day off on Wednesday thanks to some 🌧️

Thursday we headed to Little Douglas and completed Pad & Footings for a new Oyster crib hut 👍

We dodged the rain and took a drive up to Whyalla and gave our grader blade attachment a run for its money - and it didn’t disappoint.

4,000 square metres cut and trimmed and ready for mesh and concrete for our client and back home. Super happy to be building our relationship with awesome teams who share the same vision as we do.

16hr day = no dramas 👍

🚧 Another big week done and dusted ✅

✅Progress is happening! 🚜✨

What a difference a few days can make. Last week we started with an uneven, weedy yard to a freshly prepared and leveled space that’s really starting to take shape within 2 weeks!!!

The new gravel surface and site works have completely transformed the look and functionality of the property and have made way for the next stages of the build which will continue in the next coming weeks.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making it happen David Gregory for chasing me around on the laser 🤟🏽 Looking forward to the next stage and seeing the final result come together!

🚧Demolition Time🚧

Making way for a new patio and outdoor area for a lucky customer.

We have worked hard over the past 3x days to break over 100t of concrete and getting side the shell of this existing house.
