The team spent the morning brushing up on their CPR / LVR skills — an important refresher and something we hope they’ll never need, but are prepared for if they do.

Safe to say they took the “check for signs of life” part very seriously… maybe a little too seriously. 😂🤗

🚨 SMOKE ALARM DEADLINE IS GETTING CLOSER! 🚨

Are your smoke alarms going to be compliant with Queenslands new requirements?

From 1 January 2027, Queensland smoke alarm requirements will apply to all existing homes, not just properties being sold or leased.

What does this mean? Every Queensland home must have photoelectric, interconnected smoke alarms, if one alarm goes off, they all sound, so everyone hears the warning.‼️

If your smoke alarms haven’t been upgraded yet, now is the time to get it sorted — before the end-of-year rush.
