We get truly disappointed when we hear stories about other solar and battery installers, where the Customer has not been looked after.......

We have been contacted by many locals who have recently paid substantial deposits for solar and battery installations that, unfortunately, have not gone ahead.

We also know there are locals out there who have had recent systems installed, and their original installers are no longer contactable.

If this is you, please know that you are welcome to give us a call.

We would like to offer you some after-sales support. You don’t need to be an existing Empire Energy customer. We’re simply happy to have a conversation, listen to what has happened and see whether there is anything our team can do to help you find a way forward.

If you already have a solar and/or battery system, and found yourself without the installer who originally looked after you, we hear these stories every day. We totally understand how incredibly frustrating it is when you’ve invested so much money and value into your home and suddenly don’t know who to call when you need help, advice or after-sales support.

Empire Energy is here and we can assist FREE OF CHARGE with transferring your existing plant across to our fleet so that our team can provide **ongoing management, monitoring and support**

We can also help you navigate **warranty issues** if something goes wrong with your existing equipment.

Empire Energy is a local and highly reputable electrical business, and many of the people we look after are people from our own community.

For us, customer service isn’t just about installing a system and waving goodbye — it’s MOSTLY about being there afterwards.
