It’s all happening! Setting up crane while power pack frame is away at blast and paint. Finishing off a few fabrication jobs and then it’s on like donkey kong once the frame is back and we can start assembling power pack ahead of trials and tuning.

There’s been a few delays and it’s been frustrating,but the pontoons are here, out of the containers and it’s exciting to start the build.
The pontoons are impressive with a quality finish. There’s a lot to do yet the months of decisions are all coming to fruition. Can’t wait to mount the crane, get the deck on and being able to get it moving.

Containers are in the country! Just dealing with the red tape. Hoping to get eyes on the pontoons later in the week.

Design and engineering is just going through final review before materials are secured and prefabrication commences ahead of pontoon arrival next month. Theres recessed tie down points, hinged deck for clearing of tracks and removable sections to allow pontoons to retract for transport.
Handrails and hydraulic boarding stairs to finalise this week.

Picked up this machine a few weeks ago. After 10 or so weeks of production the Pontoons and other components have been loaded in prep for their voyage from Finland to Fremantle. Exciting times ahead. Plenty of planning and engineering to be done before arrival in April.
