About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to the success of our store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely and welcoming manner
- Assist customers with sales enquiries, offering expert product knowledge and guidance
- Provide design advice and recommendations where needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with stock transfers, stock ordering, and receiving new shipments
- Process customer transactions using the POS system
- Assist with damaged stock and warranty claims
- Answer phone inquiries and provide helpful information

Qualifications:
- Essential: Proven experience in a retail sales environment with a strong customer focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a small team and independently
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Availability to work Saturdays
