🌿 A Little Something Different for Garden Spec! 🌿

Synthetic turf isn’t something we install every day, but when an existing client in Joondalup asked us to help give their front yard a fresh new look, we were happy to help.

The old synthetic turf was well past its best, so we ripped it all up, prepared the area and installed brand-new synthetic grass — completely transforming the presentation of the property.

The result speaks for itself 👌
Clean edges, fresh colour and a neat, low-maintenance finish that will look great all year round.

Another job completed and another long-term Garden Spec client looked after. 🌱

🌱 A little turf job with a big transformation!

This one was all done the old-fashioned way — hand dug and properly prepared before bringing the lawn back to life.

✅ Existing area hand dug out
✅ Fresh quality soil supplied and prepared
✅ Sir Walter Buffalo turf supplied and installed
✅ Edges finished and the area left clean and tidy

Even a small patch of fresh turf can completely change the look of an outdoor space. Now it’s ready to establish and turn into a beautiful, thick green lawn. 🌿👌

Need a tired or patchy lawn brought back to life? Garden Spec can help with turf preparation, supply and installation across Perth’s northern suburbs.

🍂Lawn Renovations – Now Booking with Garden Spec 🍂

Spring is the most important time of year to renovate your lawn and prepare it for the cooler months ahead. If you want your lawn in prime condition before winter hits, now is the time to act.

Here’s why our Spring Renovation Packages make all the difference:

🌱 Verticutting (Dethatching)
Removes built-up thatch and dead material that blocks water, nutrients and air from reaching the soil. This allows your lawn to breathe and respond properly to treatments.

🌿 Core Aeration
Relieves soil compaction and creates space for oxygen, moisture and nutrients to pe*****te deep into the root zone. Stronger roots = stronger lawn through winter.

🌾 Premium Top Dressing
We apply high-quality top dressing to improve soil structure, level uneven areas and encourage thick, healthy growth.

💧 Garden Spec Premium Soil & Turf Treatments
Our tailored treatments stimulate root development, improve soil health and promote rapid recovery — resulting in a stronger, greener and healthier lawn going into winter.

Get your lawn looking its best this season. Book now before our schedule fills up!
