A project we will always be proud to have been part of — Swanbourne Sandcastles Boodja Mia Children’s Hospice, due to open in 2026.

We were honoured to deliver the roofing package for this incredible facility, contributing to a place that will provide compassionate care and support for children and their families.

Our subcontracted scope included:
• Installation of 0.48 BMT COLORBOND® KLIP-LOK® 700 roofing to all roof areas.
• 35mm top-hat over 35mm top-hat on Pro Clima Extasana Ad-hero over 22mm Structaflor on Anticon 80, with Roof Raiser 60 over roof mesh to all roofs.
• Installation of 0.55 BMT COLORBOND® box gutters over Anticon 80, including sumps, outlets and overflow pops.
• Installation of 0.55 BMT COLORBOND® flashings associated with all roof areas.
• Profiled foam infill strips.
• Six mechanical services upstand penetrations with Drypan flashings.
