Big couple of days for the boys out on site installing a leach drain and septic tank to get this property ready for a new granny flat build. 💪🪏

A solid drainage system is a crucial part of the groundwork, ensuring the septic system performs efficiently for years to come.

Looking forward to seeing the granny flat take shape!

Another Successful Sewer Upgrade.

This job involved a complete sewer re-run, replacing old, deteriorated earthenware pipework with new PVC drainage.
The existing earthenware pipes had become faulty, causing ongoing issues and increasing the risk of blockages and leaks. We removed the damaged sections and installed a new PVC sewer line to provide a reliable, long-lasting solution.
