🏗️ **Perth Construction Costs: Are We There Yet?** 🦘✨

Construction material prices in Perth are still on the move—up, up, up! 🚀 But not at the crazy speeds we saw during COVID (thank goodness!), just a steady, stubborn climb. While the wild price jumps are in the rearview mirror, costs are rising faster than before the pandemic, and no one really knows when it’ll slow down for good[2][4][6].

Will things ever chill out? 🤷‍♂️ Will we finally get a break from constant price hikes? Honestly… *no one really knows!* (Not even the kangaroos.) 🦘

I just love these New Heated 🔥 towel rails we installed in this recent bathroom.

Super functional and they look amazing- 🤩

Vertical towel rails are much easier to hang your towels over and these ones can be turned on so easily on top of the rail and each one has its on/ off 📵 button so no need to have all the rails on 🔌

Why choosing your specs pre construction is important👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

One of the biggest advantages of having your design and specifications locked in before construction starts is the significant reduction in stress for you as the homeowner. Building a home is a major investment, both financially and emotionally, and the process can sometimes feel overwhelming.😩

When you finalise all your decisions upfront - from floor plans and finishes to fixtures and fittings - you eliminate the pressure of making critical choices during the build.

This means that once the construction begins, you can focus on enjoying the progress rather than being constantly asked to approve changes or make snap decisions. 🤔

This ensuite is part of a top storey extension we did in Mullaloo.

We wanted to create a relaxing and earthy vibe with golden highlights for luxe vibes.

One thing missing is the handles soon to be fitted off this week.

How are we DIFFERENT to the rest❓

We choose to be a small builder because we enjoy the personal touch on all our builds and never want to lose that 🚫

We use smaller trade sub-contractor companies that we have being working with for years.

We like it this way, so we know every trade that is going into your home by first name AND we know that they will do a good job ⚒️🪛

Our Builder 👷🏼‍♂️is also the site supervisor and he EVEN gets on the tools when he can so you will not get confused with different supervisors and you will be able to talk with your actual builder.

We like to hold your hand 🤚 throughout the whole process and help from initial design concept through to completion- however we will never hold Intellectual rights over your design ✍️

We get to choose who we build for 😉🤨

Say what?! 🙀

Yep, you heard that right.

Why would we build for someone who doesn’t truly value what we do? 🔨🔨

Sure, it’s one thing to do a quick carpentry job like 👉🏻 hanging a door or installing skirting boards.

But when it comes to large-scale extensions and new homes 🏠 —

We’re working closely with homeowners for over 12 months.
