If a builder gives you a price per square metre before they’ve seen your plans, that number means nothing.

7. Building surveyor - we encourage you to engage a separate surveyor.

Getting started with Helix is more straightforward than you expect.

The first step is a phone call, a few questions to understand what you’re working with and whether Helix is the right fit. It costs nothing and doesn’t lock you into anything.

If it looks like a fit, next comes a site walkthrough. The team comes out, looks at your block or existing home, goes through your plans or ideas, and gives you clarity on what’s actually possible - also free.

From there, you get a bill of quantities, and once you’re comfortable, that moves into detailed pricing and a fixed contract price.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. A block, an idea, or a set of plans is enough to start the conversation.
