Beautiful day in Perth for this one! This lady is selling her house so she needs to have hardwired smoke alarms installed and to have all her lights and power RCD protected

Front lighting upgrade! Removed the old blinding spot lights and put in some beautiful up down wall lights, and then a downlight in the eaves to balance out the spread of light! Love the finished look 😍

Fresh, protected, tested, safe and most importantly for this client, plenty of room for future additions 🫶🏼 shoutout to CNW Electrical Maddington for the gear to keep my warm on these chilly Perth mornings 🤍🥶

Drilling patio tube is easily one of my least favourites! Are we all using hole saws? Or is there a better tool for the job? 🫠

Who doesn’t love switchboard upgrades 🥹 new mains smoke alarms, RCD protection throughout and this place is now ready to be sold to its future owners 😍

I can’t even explain the smell that hit me when I walked into this shed! Thank goodness the RCBO cut power or there could have been so much more damage!

New living room feature light to go in this newly renovated house! I removed the old oysters and popped this one up where the owners wanted it. Side note - how cool is an attic with fold down stairs 🙈

Can confirm, hit my head 3 times before the conduit was introduced! Also, labelled the switchboard 😂 but hey you get the idea! Another house fully RCD protected and with peace of mind 🫶🏼
