Perth, Western Australia, where we are located, sits within zone 5 Warm Temperate as defined by BCA – The Building Code of Australia. Some of the characteristics of this region are four distinct seasons, with autumn and spring being the most comfortable, hot to sweltering summers with moderate humidity and variable solar access, cooling breeze directions and patterns. It has quite a range of climatic conditions to consider.

STANDARD… It’s a very subjective thing! If you are planning to build, please remember to check what the ‘builder’s standard’ includes when you receive a quote. This includes anything from style of light switches and door handles, to whether you get a driveway and window treatments included.
You may receive two very different quotes for the same house build, but the way the home will be finished (or left partially unfinished 🫣) could be worlds apart.
We will work closely with you at the pre-contract stage to eradicate expensive surprises down the track.

This stunning curved concrete step was designed to continue rounded edges from the old house to the new extension. It is a great example not only of clever design, but of the commitment our builder Marco makes to achieve his client’s vision. This design posed some challenges but Marco was on-site working with the concreters and hand-building the curved form work himself, to ensure it was finished exactly as designed. We certainly think it paid off 👏🏼
