Drains are designed to carry water and material which breaks down in water. Unfortunately, large rocks do not qualify. The machine would not dislodge the rock in the drain. The only alternative, is to dig it up. Cut a hole in the drain and remove the solid obstruction. The last time I saw this was 30 years ago when I was an apprentice. Its a very rare occurrence.
