Broken Drain repaired!

That time of year again!
Burst pipe season, unfortunately!
If you hear water running while you're not using any taps or plumbing fixtures, you could have a leak! Also worth going around and checking all your flexi hoses if you have any!] Normally under sinks/basins and toilets. Any rusty parts of the hose would be best changing before the possibility of a burst flexible hose, too.

Just a heads up everyone I will taking a break in a couple of weeks from November 3rd to November the 22nd. I will have limited access to calls and messages in this time and will respond on my return.

Temporarily out of action.

Just want to update everyone on Scott surgery it went well he is still in hospital recovering he will be out out of action for a bit when discharged but we will give further updates on this page.

To all our customers thank you so much for your understanding and well wishes to those that are willing to wait for him to return to work amazing for those the can't we fully understand and do apologise that we cannot assist at this time.

Unfortunately after getting out of hospital the beginning of the week Scott is back in and requires Emergency Surgery if your issue is urgent you will need to get another plumber. Otherwise please leave a voicemail or text which will be responded to when he can. Thank you for your understanding and the well wishes on the previous post. 🙏

Someone's water main had a leak under ground at the water meter. Once exposed, I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Whoever fitted the pipe back in the day, didn't go to college or was just a complete t**t! Must have not had a spring or bend and thought it would be ok to just bend and kink the pipe to make it work.
I sort of worked for a few years 😂🤣
The client asked me if he'd get more water coming through his taps 😂🤣, I'm pretty sure you've got pressure now after the pipes been fixed I said.😉

When you buy an older house sometimes the pipes under the slab can burst causing some damage!
This house has had a couple of extensions added over the years without thinking about pipe positioning under the slab. Now that the house is over 40 years old and the pipes aren't in very good condition, problems are beginning and can be expensive to repair.
If you hear running water but don't have any taps running you could have a burst pipe under slab or behind a wall.

After getting a call for a slow running sink! Discovered the waste plumbing was a bit Wrong! Simple fix but rookie mistake! Always use a licensed Plumber 😉🤙🏽
