This tree was planted around 40 years ago.
New supply installed and now waiting for the watercorp to move the meter now.

This unlucky client was unfortunate to get a burst water pipe under the polished concrete in the entertaining area!
I'd always recommend that if you're planning on getting polished or normal concrete poured around your house, you check the drainage, water and gas line condition beforehand to avoid this type of drama!
As once the concrete is poured that's it!

That time of year again, folks! When was the last time you had your storage hot water system serviced, or had your sacrificial anodes changed?
This short video is a Rheem Stella 330 going through a major service, including flushing out the water tank!
Rheem and other manufacturers recommend a major service of your storage heater every 6 years.
As you can see, the build-up of sediment that's coming out at the bottom of the heater is the water you wash yourselves with when having a shower or washing dishes.

That time of year again!
Burst pipe season, unfortunately!
If you hear water running while you're not using any taps or plumbing fixtures, you could have a leak! Also worth going around and checking all your flexi hoses if you have any!] Normally under sinks/basins and toilets. Any rusty parts of the hose would be best changing before the possibility of a burst flexible hose, too.
