Elite, on behalf of our domestic Electrical Contracting client, is seeking an Office Manager for their office in Malaga. Seeking applicants with the following skills and experience:
• Construction experience / Electrical (if possible)
• Experienced / proficiency and certified in Xero
• Good communication skills
• PA and back-up support to Directors
• Honesty and reliability a must
• Prefer BAS Certified
Hours are 09:00 to 14:00 weekdays – Malaga area
The role will ideally be suited to someone who is Admin / Finance savvy. If you are not afraid to take ownership, identify problems, have the ability to formulate policies and procedures in order to streamline and increase productivity and you have a sense of pride in your work you could make this role your own and grow with it.
If successful, you will initially be contracted through Elite for a period of up to 3 months, dependent on all parties being in agreement. The client may then decide to either take you on permanently or continue with a casual contract through Elite. The gross remuneration is $31.25 per hour plus super, this rate will be renegotiated if the role goes permanent.
