Looking for a change?
Dual trade opportunity!
Come join the crew at ARO Electrical and Air. We are a family owned, family run business which services the Perth Hills area for all electrical and air-conditioning needs. We work in both residential and commercial from basic services & cleans to new installs, replacements and projects. Because we offer a wide range of services you'll get experience in different areas you may not have been exposed to before.
With our residential work, we predominately don't do real estate and instead choose to work for homeowners with any repairs, installs or replacements they may have. On our commercial side we have maintenance contracts with logistics yards, daycares, cafes, laboratories and medical centers, we have also completed shop fit outs and dance studios.
We emphasize a good work-life balance, we give you a paid day off for your birthday. Culture is another big part of what we stand for, we have monthly toolboxes (usually with breakfast too!) a social club, which we try and do a few outings a year and a Christmas party.
You will have regular check ins with a clear idea of what's expected and coaching to help you achieve it.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, we invest in our staff with further training and qualifications.
