📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE 📢

Just a friendly heads-up that all custom gate orders are currently taking approximately 4–6 weeks for fabrication before installation.

For more complex designs such as aluminium slat gates and other specialty custom gates, lead times can be up to 12 weeks and occasionally longer depending on the design and supplier availability.

As we head into winter, please also keep in mind that we do not work in unsafe weather conditions. Installation dates may need to be rescheduled due to rain, strong winds, or other adverse weather. Sometimes this decision may be made on the morning of your booking, as weather forecasts can change quickly.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially if you've just moved into a new build and are eager to secure your property. However, all jobs are completed in order, and we appreciate your patience while we work through both new installations and storm-damaged fence repairs.

We kindly ask everyone to be patient and respectful when contacting the office. Tiara manages all administration, scheduling, quotes, and customer enquiries while also raising a family. She works incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. Respect goes a long way and patience is a virtue.
