Part-time (flexible hours) Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)

Seeking a confident Admin/ Data Entry with a can-do attitude to join our Team Part time Monday-Friday (Flexible hours) Located in Wangara

Reporting to our Business Manager your main responsibilities will be:
• Reception duties including answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Accounts data entry.
• Creating Client files, filing and archiving
• Document Control
• General office administration and coordination of office supplies.
• Customer support.
• Adhoc duties required by team

As our successful candidate, you will have:
• Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in admin/accounts based roles preferred but not necessary.
• Must have experience in Microsoft Office
• Xero experience highly regarded.
• Current drivers license.
• Developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Excellent phone manner.
