Our first bathroom was renovated at our clients home with Easy Run Electrical, their ensuite kept a similar set up to what they had prior as they liked the shower space with the dual showers and it was only being renovated due to no waterproofing in the area which was damaging the outside rooms.

Bathroom reno we completed with a few months back, had a few moving parts to incorporate in this small apartment space being a laundry and bathroom.

I do not recommend boxing out a hot water unit but clients have decided what's best for them.

Channel Drain installed for , when your spending the big bucks on a nice new driveway it's best to put in a quality product that's going to last alongside your exposed aggregate and not that poor man's plastic s**t.

Bathroom renovation at a bullcreek retirement village for our clients, a hand wash basin was a priority at a lower than usual height in the toilet space. As they found it easier to use the basin over the toilet with his urinary catheter, I'm all for saving water!!!

Shower screen and painting was to be finished after me as they were in a rush to move so please excuse my three year old strong hand crayon skills.

The young plumbers are starting to be scared off from gas work due to the big meanies at ES but at Easy Run we aint scared and we want gas to stay in our state forever, Unlike that s**thole aka Victoria google it they banning it in new homes (cheers greta thumbz you ungrateful little child).
So before you make the switch to electric cooktops or electric hot water systems which you will not be able to cook or shower when the power is out.

March Dump:

Nice to get back in the new housing space, reminding myself I am no longer in my twenties and jumping in out of stormwater tanks is not as easy anymore. We have granny flats near completion and another few larger projects just starting, so we're looking forward to a busy April with all the maintenance coming through.

Before you're stuck having to buy a brand new storage hot water unit due to a split tank, remember to actively check your own cold expansion valve and hot relief valve once they are over three to five years old.
If you're unable to routinely manage the lever call us for a service and replacement of these before you lose your hot water.

First reno of January we completed a while back with , we got this one over the line in a really good timeframe to fit the clients needs.

We do think its important to remind future clients that its best to not have their hopes up for a one - two week turnaround (even if some hotshot claims this corners are maybe being cut) as we have seen the waterproofing and tiling to a quality that will last is usually sacrificed for a due date from other contractors or peers we have seen.

This was a great job done by the clients tiler and we were able to install all the fixtures for a great finish that complimented the colours used throughout the bathroom.

Fit off for some friends, easily one of the best looking owner designed bathrooms i've seen the gold brass is a great finish and all plumbers much prefer installing it over black tapware any day of the week.
