Nice to get back in the new housing space, reminding myself I am no longer in my twenties and jumping in out of stormwater tanks is not as easy anymore. We have granny flats near completion and another few larger projects just starting, so we're looking forward to a busy April with all the maintenance coming through.
Before you're stuck having to buy a brand new storage hot water unit due to a split tank, remember to actively check your own cold expansion valve and hot relief valve once they are over three to five years old.
If you're unable to routinely manage the lever call us for a service and replacement of these before you lose your hot water.

First reno of January we completed a while back with , we got this one over the line in a really good timeframe to fit the clients needs.
We do think its important to remind future clients that its best to not have their hopes up for a one - two week turnaround (even if some hotshot claims this corners are maybe being cut) as we have seen the waterproofing and tiling to a quality that will last is usually sacrificed for a due date from other contractors or peers we have seen.
This was a great job done by the clients tiler and we were able to install all the fixtures for a great finish that complimented the colours used throughout the bathroom.
Its not always full renovations if your looking for quick touch up or just want to replace one of your fixtures we also available to make that possible from laundry room remodeling to create more space and function, to basin/vanity replacements to remove mould and damaged fixtures and shower tapware replacements for calcified shower heads and growing families.
Fit off for some friends, easily one of the best looking owner designed bathrooms i've seen the gold brass is a great finish and all plumbers much prefer installing it over black tapware any day of the week.

Here we are once again doing the current bane of this business existence "marketing", luckily after a refreshing break and a fast start to the year we ride. Is your hot water unit working overtime?
It's not uncommon for your unit to make sounds but if it's constantly running loudly you may have a leak on your hot water main. It's best to get on to it early before it can damage the surrounding cold main and leave you with an expensive bill.
