Bye bye privacy screen, hello outdoor entertaining!

Shame it was raining for the final photos on this one! This was a quick build for a client who wanted to be able to utilise the existing pergola at their newly purchased home. We are sure they can’t wait to host friends on their new deck now!

Revamped this little cabin in a caravan park with Greystone from the Classic Range. Love seeing these little projects come together in just over a day!

Stoked with how this deck turned out! Ironwood is from the Designer range, we knocked this deck up in a week 🙌🏼

It was hard to get good photos of this deck with the lighting but far out this looked amazing with a new deck!

We worked with the client here to create a little cutout feature for their water fountain & plants, as well as having the deck go right up to the edge of the pool, following the curve. Completed in less than a week 👍🏼

Our very last pine deck! We are officially a specialist composite deck builder - it's just THAT much better!

This is an important deck to share though, because it showcases our balustrading well. This is what all our balustrades look like:
* 90x90mm treated pine post - this can be stained or painted any colour you like, or left as is!
* black aluminium 'pool fence' style panelling.
* top handrail with decking boards to match the deck - pine in this instance, but generally we use Ekodeck to match the decks we build.
* we can also add a gate to match the panelling to enclose the deck.

Can't complain working with water views on this job!

Kavanagh Carpentry's very first client on the Central Coast. It's good to be here!

It's a bit nerve-wracking up-rooting your whole business and planting it in a new place, you never really know how it's going to go! Thankfully, we have had some really great clients come along willing to give the 'new guy' a chance.

We've been intrigued with the difference in colour choices we've seen on the Coast. This was our first time laying a 'Riverbank Red' deck. It's a pretty close match to standard Merbau decking - minus the constant maintenance of course!!

Our very last job before moving to the Central Coast! Don't worry Sydney clients, we are still close enough if you ever have any troubles 😉

Scott whipped this beauty up in just over a day, isn't he clever!!

Dark Brown stands to be the most popular colour deck laid in Sydney - with Greystone a close second. We have been pretty shocked at how different the choices have been on the Coast!
