ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role being offered by TCS is for an operator that will assist our friendly team in delivering turf renovation services to golf courses, sportsfields, local councils and bowling greens.
Duties to be performed by the successful candidate include but are not limited to the following:
-Tractor operations with various turf related implements such as verti-drain, scarifier, topdresser etc.
-Operation of pedestrian turf equipment such as the Toro Procore
-Operation of UTV vehicles such as Workman, Cushman with a variety of implements
-Transport of machinery to and from site with both trucks and utes
-Basic day to day maintenance of machinery (greasing, checking fluids, cleaning etc.)
-Turf and landscape construction activities
-Operation of posi-track/skid steer loaders

ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
-Experience in turf management and renovation practices
-Qualification (Cert III) in Horticulture/Turf preferred but not essential
-Strong work ethic
-A keen eye for detail and safety
-Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
-Maintain a level of fitness sufficient to fulfill the activities required by the role
-Hold and maintain a current Victorian Drivers License (MR Truck Preferred or willing to obtain)
-A positive can-do attitude
-Ability to work unsupervised
-Possession of basic computer/literacy skills (data entry of JSCs and SWMS)
-Ability to take instructions
-Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
-Hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
