🌿 CASUAL GARDENER / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBER
Pakenham Area | 20–30 Hours Per Week | $30–$40/hr | Pathway to Crew Leader*
We're looking for a reliable, motivated person from Pakenham or the surrounding area to join our growing mowing and gardening team.
We're not just looking for someone who can push a mower.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, turns up on time, enjoys working outdoors and wants to learn and grow with a business that values doing things properly.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in mowing, gardening, landscaping or property maintenance is preferred but not essential.
We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude.

-- Based in Pakenham or the surrounding area
-- Hold a current driver's licence
THE ROLE
🌿 Casual employment
⏰ Approximately 20–30 hours per week
💰 Approximately $30–$40 per hour depending on experience and applicable classification/entitlements
📍 Ideally based around Pakenham
🚙 Work across Melbourne's South East — approximately Braeside through to Hastings and out towards Drouin
🚀 Opportunity to progress towards Crew Leader
