Fixing a Post and Rail fence that our horse thinks it's horse KitKat.

Will replace Treated Pine with local Mesmate HW milled from fallen trees in Cardinia.
Replace the white electric sight wire with High Tensile wire.
Add wire to the Second / Third rail using shorted insulators.
Replace the Solar Fence Energiser with a Mains Power version.
Paint as required
