Important Storm Safety Recommendation for Air Conditioning Units:

To protect your air conditioning units during severe weather or storms, we highly recommend turning off the isolators to your units. This precaution helps safeguard the system from electrical surges, lightning strikes, or power interruptions that can cause damage.

Steps to Turn Off Isolators:

1. Locate the isolator switch near your air conditioning unit.
2. Flip the switch to the "Off" position.
3. Ensure all power to the unit is fully disconnected before the storm begins.

Why Turn Off Isolators During a Storm?

~Prevents Damage from Power Surges: Lightning or power fluctuations during storms can damage your air conditioning unit’s electrical components.
~Protects Against Unexpected Power Outages: If the power goes out and then returns suddenly, it can cause a surge that may harm the system.

We recommend turning the isolators back on once the storm has passed and the power supply is stable. If you need assistance or have concerns about your air conditioning unit, please don't hesitate to contact us.
