Beautifully renovated new home 🏡

This project was more than just a renovation—it was a complete transformation. We stripped the home back to its bare bones and rebuilt it from the ground up, creating a fresh, modern space ready for its next chapter.

Scope of works included:
✔️ New decking
✔️ Bathroom extension and complete renovation
✔️ Laundry extension and remodel
✔️ New kitchen fit-out
✔️ New external cladding to the entire home
✔️ New glazing and windows
✔️ Exterior painting
✔️ Re-roofing works
✔️ New lighting throughout the interior and exterior

The finishing touch was completed by the owner, who undertook the landscaping and tied the whole project together beautifully.

A completely transformed home that has now been successfully rented out and is ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

We are incredibly proud of the outcome and a testament to what can be achieved when you start with a vision and aren’t afraid to strip it back and start again.

Two Storey Duplex- Dubbo NSW 📍A huge week for the team as we wrapped up final works and prepared for today’s defect walkthrough on this two-storey duplex project for Homes NSW.

Proud to see this one come together — from the early stages right through to completion. A big effort from everyone involved to get the project over the line and walkthrough ready.

Big things happening in Moree 📍 LC Building is proud to be delivering a new project for Homes North NSW — constructing 8 new dwellings as part of a 26-week build program.

With .group already on site and breaking ground, civil works are now underway and momentum is building.

Homes North is a not-for-profit community housing organisation in NSW, providing affordable and social housing that supports individuals and families across regional communities.

This project represents more than just construction — it’s about creating safe, quality homes that will have a lasting impact on the local community.

We are currently restoring this building to honour its heritage, transforming it into an Education & Wellbeing Centre for the Nanima community and the wider Wellington region.

2025 has been a massive year for LC Building, filled with growth, hard work, and milestones that pushed our team to new levels. We had many projects throughout the year, a project highlight being Astill Drive, it was a huge focus for us — an ongoing industrial build that ran throughout the year and showcased the dedication, precision, and resilience of our crew. We delivered a high performance fabrication workshop shed and modern office space. We successfully completed a 5‑lot development alongside Titan Civil Group and continued transforming homes through a range of residential renovations.

This year also brought new partnerships that strengthened our network and opened the door to future opportunities. One of the most meaningful moments is our involvement in the restoration of Nanima Mission alongside Kenjahry — a project that connects us deeply with community, culture, and purpose.

None of this would have been possible without the commitment of our team. With living‑away‑from‑home and huge demands across multiple sites, our crew showed pride, professionalism, and unwavering effort every step of the way.

As we wrap up 2025, we’re grateful for the trust, support, and collaboration from our clients, partners, and community. Ongoing works at Nanima Mission will continue into 2026, along with our projects for Homes NSW, two brand‑new residential builds and new partnerships locked in for 2026.
