After months of planning, problem-solving and countless thoughtful decisions, we've officially handed the keys to its new owners.

This home challenged us in all the right ways. From building within the water table just metres from the ocean, to creating a light-filled basement, every detail demanded precision and collaboration. The recycled bricks found a second life around the fireplace, the 100-year-old timber flooring was carefully restored and the raked ceilings, skylights and glass blocks were all designed to do one thing beautifully: fill the home with natural light. 🌞

Positioned just metres from the ocean, fulfilling our client's desire for additional space meant building directly within the water table - So every detail had to be carefully engineered, council regulations meticulously adhered to, and the clients' needs met! You might say this was a juggle, but a this home was an incredible and exciting challenge that drove us to create such a memorable and successful, functional home.

The glass blocks bring natural light into the basement, smart pump systems provide peace of mind with alerts sent directly to the homeowner and removable stairs create valuable storage while making it easy to wheel bikes and larger items in and out.
