Maximising limited space requires meticulous planning and precision.

Our Wharf Street project required us to utilise as much of the block as possible, without compromising functionality, adhering to all safety & council regulations and creating layouts our clients loved!

Even at the rear of the property, we had to consider where the car could be parked. While playing Tetris with drainage systems, and the all important entrance to the basement, our pre-collaboration process ensured it was a ‘Measure twice, cut once’ situation. And gee, we’re proud of it!
