Want to know the best part about what we do? It’s the look on our clients’ faces when we reveal the finished product. The ‘Oooohs’ and ‘Ahhhs’. The ‘oh my goodness’ and the ‘wow’. We put a great deal of care and dedication into our work, and our feedback from clients means the world to us. A big thanks to Liz for her kind words. It was a privilege to work on your beautiful home!

We had so much fun creating this outdoor area for a retired gentleman in Point Lonsdale. He wanted to enjoy his spa, sauna and outdoor dining with his family and friends. The boys crafted the area out of spotted gum, hiding the bathroom behind a curved feature wall of battens, and using copper piping and spotted gum timber to create the spa fence. This project felt less like work and more like a fun history lesson as the lovely gentleman kept the boys laughing with his stories of a lifetime of adventure and travel, and he made endless cups of tea for them all throughout the months of labour! We were gifted with a book about his life, and this will be a ‘job’ that we will talk about for years to come.

Great to see our 3rd year apprentice Bailey speaking to St Ignatius College about his experience of gaining an apprenticeship at their careers expo. We have really enjoyed taking on St Ignatius work experience students and The Gordon Tafe students over the years, and a few of them have gained apprenticeships with us just like Bailey.

Bailey Ash completed Year 12 in 2020 under the guidance of homeroom teacher Ms. Stacey Learmonth before completing a Certificate III in Carpentry At The Gordon TAFE, Geelong.

Bailey, is currently completing his 3rd year apprenticeship, and was inspired by Mr Justin Coffey and Mr Nathan Patterson during his academic journey at Saint Ignatius College.

We look forward to welcoming Bailey to our 2023 Careers Panel Evening on Monday May 22nd, 2023.
