We are very excited to announce that our Station Street build in Carlton North has won best renovation/ addition $750k-$1mil at the Master Builders Victoria awards!

A huge thank you to the owners of the house for entrusting our team with this rather complex and beautiful design. A special shoutout to foreman Adam for running the job and making sure everyone in the team played their part in building this home! Finally, it has been a great pleasure working with atelier wagner we thank them for their expertise in creating an award winning home!

We cannot forget our two other projects that were both runner-ups in their respective categories. To the owners of Newry St and North St your homes are winners in our eyes, thank you again for the trust in our team throughout the journey!

Tony is back with an update from one of our newest projects in Northcote.

This late-era Edwardian home is about to undergo a major transformation, with the team working to restore and enhance its heritage character while bringing the interior into a new era. The house had reached the end of its lifespan and has now been fully restumped, setting the foundations for the renovation ahead.

Jimmy will be back with more updates as we progress through the build!

Our new Northcote project is officially underway, with the team now into the demolition stage.

While removing the existing brick facade, the team uncovered some original 1920s white weatherboard beneath. After discussing this discovery with the client and architect, the decision was made to restore the weatherboards and return the house back to its heritage style.

The exterior brickwork is now complete at our Fitzroy North project, including a standout curved wall at the entry to the gym and laundry.

Steelwork has also been installed to complement the design and add another layer to the exterior. With the outside taking shape, the focus now moves inside as we begin plastering and continue bringing the spaces together.

Adam is back with another update from our Fitzroy North project! Building boundary to boundary amongst tight Melbourne laneways meant we had to use a crane to access the rooftop terrace.

We crane lifted the steel frames into place for the terrace balustrades as well as metal planter boxes that will go around the edges. Exterior cladding brickwork has been completed and looks great especially on the curved walls. We're now waiting for the trades to finish their rough-ins before moving on to plastering.

Everything is progressing well, and we're excited to keep sharing updates as this project continues to take shape and start feeling like a home.

Our Buckingham St project has officially been completed and handed over.

The renovation has transformed the home with an abundance of natural light, thoughtful storage solutions throughout, stunning stone, and state-of-the-art features seamlessly integrated across the house.

Our Blackburn project is continuing to take shape, with some stunning stonework by Leading Edge Landscape Design across the fireplace, exterior patios and front entry step.

Inside, cabinetry is now being installed and the bathrooms have been tiled, bringing the project another step closer to completion. The finishes are really starting to come together, and we’re looking forward to seeing this one finished.
