This is probably one of the most complex site established access systems we have ever delivered.

Four full levels of access.
Multiple stair runs.
Integrated landings and crossovers.
Heavy structural coordination.
Engineers from multiple disciplines and companies all aligned.

Every component had to work structurally, safely and practically on a live site.

This is not just temporary access.

It is careful planning.
It is load path discipline.
It is sequencing.
It is compliance.
It is collaboration executed properly.

Projects like this do not happen by accident. They are the result of detailed engineering, clear communication between stakeholders, and a site team that knows how to turn drawings into something real and rock solid.

There is a certain beauty in work like this. Not because it is flashy, but because it is done properly.

📢 Project Win | Arncliffe Central

We’re proud to have secured the carpentry fix-out contract for the 740-apartment Arncliffe Central development for our long-standing client, Billbergia.

Arncliffe Central is a landmark mixed-use precinct comprising four residential towers, delivering over 740 contemporary apartments alongside retail, hospitality and landscaped public spaces, a major addition to Sydney’s southern corridor.

Billbergia has been a valued partner of ours for nearly a decade, and together we’ve delivered carpentry works across thousands of apartments. We’re excited to continue that partnership and contribute to another standout development.

Throwback to 2022 – Marsden Park Temporary Pop-Up School

Back in 2022, we partnered with ADCO Constructions to deliver the D&C of access works for a temporary pop-up school at Marsden Park.

Even though it was a temporary setup, it still required the same level of safety, compliance and durability as any permanent school facility.

Our scope included:
▪ 400m² of anti-slip walkways
â–ª DDA compliant ramp and staircase
▪ 1,000m² of awnings
▪ 150m² of COLA
â–ª 300m of aluminium balustrading

In fast-growing communities, temporary infrastructure plays an important role in keeping education moving while permanent facilities are delivered.

Proud to have supported ADCO Constructions on this project, delivered for School Infrastructure; providing safe, compliant and practical access solutions for students and staff.

📣 Proud to announce we’re now a NSW Government Prequalified Contractor - SCM0256 (General Construction Works up to $1M).

This means GS Building NSW Pty Ltd is now approved to tender for and deliver compliant construction work up to $1M for NSW Government agencies, state-owned corporations, universities and local councils under the NSW Government SCM0256 scheme.

Building on our recent ISO certifications, this prequalification strengthens our capability to support high-standard, safe and quality outcomes across public sector construction.

We’re looking forward to contributing across a range of government projects; including education, infrastructure and community facilities.

This year marks 20 years since GS Building was founded and incorporated by our late founder, George Joseph Szelocei.

What began as one man’s vision has grown into the company we are proud to be today, built on strong values, trusted relationships, and a strong sense of responsibility to our clients and partners.

Today, his sons George Szelocei and Anthony Szelocei continue to lead the business, carrying that legacy forward together with the dedication of our entire team.

A-CLASS HOARDING COMPLETE!

GS Building is proud to have successtully delivered another engineer-certified A-Class hoarding package - this time for our client at their Strathfield Private Hospital Extension Stage 1 development.

Our scope included 103m of post-in-ground A-Class hoarding, along with custom vehicle and pedestrian gates to secure the site and maintain safe, functional access for the construction team.

This project supports a development designed to bring modern functionality to the area, with safety and structural integrity front of mind throughout the build.
